•The workshop will take place in La Granja de San Ildefonso, in Segovia’s county. more information
•La Granja de San Ildefonso is 11 km away from Segovia and just 98 Km from Madrid.
•With less than 6,000 inhabitants, it also includes in its municipality the districts of Valsaín, La pradera de Navalhorno and Riofrío.

By airplane:

Near airport is Madrid-Barajas International Airport.

By car:

From Madrid it can be reached by the AP-6 dual carriageway, taking the AP-61 after the Guadarrama tunnel until exit 88 (all directions), linking up with the SG-20/N 110 ring road and following directions to La Granja located 11 km. from Segovia  and 98 km. from Madrid (1h 10min)

By bus:

There are several buses running from Madrid to Segovia, and there are also buses from Segovia to La Granja de San Ildefonso.

The best option:

The Barajas airport  T1, T2, T3 and T4 are connected by tube (METRO) with the Chamartín train station (take “linea 8″ to “Nuevos ministerios”, transfer at “Nuevos ministerios” with “linea 10″ to “Hospital infanta Sofía”. down at “Chamartín” station) Metromadrid . By high speed train to SEGOVIA (train station is located between Segovia and La Granja de San Ildefonso):  30 min from downtown Madrid (Chamartín Station).The train runs every 30 min-90 min (depending on the day/ time) Renfe webpage
From Segovia train station to the Parador, there’s a 5-6  km drive by car/taxi
