Invitation


Dear friends and colleagues,

The 19th European Workshop on Neonatology will take place this year in La Granja de San Ildefonso (Segovia), Spain, from Wednesday September 28th to Saturday October 1st. I am very much honoured and it is my privilege to invite you to attend this meeting. We want to continue the tradition of a very personal meeting with high scientific impact provided by all participants.

Each participant is expected to give a 10 minute oral presentation. The same amount of time will be available for discussion. As in recent years the abstracts will be published in the Journal of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. Guidelines on the structure of the abstract will be available at the abstract submission page. Abstracts must be submitted to our congress office at:

We kindly ask each participant to contribute with part of the cost of the event with € 200,– which will include hotel accommodation, meals, among others. This conference fee will be charged while checking in the hotel (Parador de la Granja). Please take note that no refunding of travel expenses will be made.

I hope that we can follow the successful history of former workshops. It will be a great pleasure for me to welcome you all in Segovia in September and I hope that everybody can attend.
